About The Study
The Study is an immersive narrative experience for up to three people, located in Seattle, Washington. The story unfolds in a single room through a mix of found footage, physical and digital artifacts, interactive devices, and audiovisual cues.

This isn’t an escape or puzzle room, though there are mysteries to unravel. You can witness a story that unfolds around you, or take a more active role to gain a deeper understanding of what’s happening. Most everything is in view, if you know where to look. Completionists, beware: not everything will be explained, and it’s extremely unlikely you’ll uncover all the room’s secrets in a single playthrough.

The narrative is equal parts fanciful sci-fi, psychological thriller, ghost story, and existential crisis. It’s not horror, but it deals with some dark themes and can be intense and even scary in a few places. There are no monsters, jump scares, gore, or violent scenes, but there are some disturbing moments and experiences that may quietly creep up on you.

The Study is a community art project and attendance is free or by donation. It was created by David Keogh, with the help of many talented collaborators. You can find David and learn more about this experience via Instagram.
